In this role you work within McKinsey’s Private Capital practice to advise investor clients and their portfolio companies through the deal lifecycle. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform financial analysis, diligence, and value creation work, translating complex data into actionable insights. You will develop leadership skills through structured coaching, mentorship, and diverse client exposure. Your work directly supports investor decisions and strategy, offering meaningful impact in a global, high-performance environment.

Responsabilidades

- Support private investor clients and portfolio companies across the deal lifecycle (diligence, value creation, exit support)
- Assess market attractiveness and deliver targeted financial analysis for potential acquisitions
- Synthesize findings into clear, high-impact communications for clients and leadership
- Engage directly with portfolio companies on value creation initiatives
- Act as a subject matter expert on investor-service topics and collaborate with diverse teams




- Receive training to structure ambiguous problems and develop clear takeaways using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and colleagues and influenceaction across organizational levels
- Participate in multiple client engagements and gain broad experience across industries and functional areas
- Collaborate with experts across the firm (industry, data science, software/app design) to deliver solutions

Requisitos principales

- Undergraduate or master's degree
- 3+ years of work experience post-degree
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or VC with exposure to transactions is xcgbitx a plus
- Investor mindset and interest in private equity, real estate, or venture capital
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and create inclusive environments
- Capacity to drive independent workstreams within a broader project
- Comfort with ambiguity and changing situations
- Strong quantitative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
