In this CRA II role, you support sponsor-driven clinical trials from a global, collaborative CRO. You will monitor sites, ensure data integrity and patient safety, and work with investigators to enable compliant study conduct. The position emphasizes independent yet cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced environment. You contribute to study documentation and data review, helping advance novel therapies for patients worldwide. This home-based role in Barcelona offers development within ICON’s global expertise and a strong, patient-focused mission.

Responsabilidades

- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits for clinical trials




- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout the trial process
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study conduct
- Perform data review and resolution of queries to maintain high-quality clinical data
- Assist in preparation and review of study documentation, including protocols and clinical study reports

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical xcgbitx Research Associate
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and ICH-GCP guidelines
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 60%
