In this role you will manage a portfolio of small-to-mid sized customers in Bilbao, acting as a strategic partner to optimize their supply chains. You’ll build trusted on-site relationships through regular face-to-face engagement and business reviews, driving growth and delivering tailored logistics solutions. Collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Product teams will ensure high-value outcomes and strong customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes local presence, proactive service, and ongoing relationship expansion.

Responsabilidades

- Manage and grow a Bilbao-region portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts
- Maintain strong relationships via on-site visits and face-to-face engagement
- Serve as primary customer contact ensuring responsive service
- Conduct business reviews and strategic meetings to strengthen partnerships




- Identify opportunities to expand logistics solutions within existing accounts
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver solutions
- Analyze performance data to identify improvements and support decisions
- Navigate challenging conversations professionally and articulate mutual solutions
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to align priorities
- Travel ~30% to customer sites to maintain local presence

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 5 years in Account Management, xcgbitx Customer Service, Sales, or a customer-facing role in logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong CRM and communication skills
- Experience conducting business reviews and customer presentations, handling difficult conversations
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Ability to travel locally ~30% of time
