You will work with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams across international partners to ensure reliable, compliant services. You’ll manage change, monitor anomalies, and oversee deployment coordination to improve critical Galileo ground services. (explicit in text)ResponsabilidadesLead and coordinate internal Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs) and support customer-facing Anomaly Review Boards (ARBs)Prepare agendas, minutes, and action tracking reports, plus service management reportingMonitor anomalies, maintenance activities,



and corrective/preventive actionsManage Change Control Requests (CCRs) and deploy/document release activitiesCoordinate software releases and operational data extraction/analysisCollaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, cybersecurity, and customer teamsEnsure compliance with configuration management, maintenance, and operational proceduresDrive continuous improvement of AMT/VMT services and governance processesRequisitos principalesExperience in maintenance management, service management, operational support, or change managementExperience coordinating NRBs/ARBs/CCBs and stakeholder managementStrong understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, release management, xcgbitx and deployment processesKnowledge of asset and vulnerability management conceptsBasic cybersecurity knowledge including vulnerability management, RBAC, security governanceExperience preparing technical documentation and customer-facing deliverablesStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skillsFluent English (written and spoken)Experience in space programmes or critical infrastructure is a plusstrong communicationcoordinationorganizational skillsChange ManagementConfiguration Managementrelease management
