Market analysis and brand monitoring: monthly analysis of the brand performance and competitive landscape to proactively identify growth opportunities
Definition of the annual brand plans based on the brand’s strategy and objectives: including media & communication strategy and consumer promotion activities in order to boost the brand’s sales
Manage Marketing & Promotional budget ensuring efficient resources allocation to deliver results and to ensure a healthy P&L;
Co-create together with the media team the local brand campaigns with a strong focus on digital & social ecosystems, maximizing impact across the customer journey while continuously monitoring and optimizing performance.
Lead and cocreation of Social Media Content, with continuous measurement and action planning together with Media Country Lead
Collaborate with the Global team to develop and execute innovation projects, based on a strong understanding of local needs and opportunities
Cross-Functional collaboration: build strong, trusted relationships with other departments (Commercial Excellence, Sales, NPD,



Regulatory, Consumer Care…) to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints
3-5 years of experience in a corporate environment within the FMCG/OTC or Veterinarian sector, across Marketing, NPD or Technical Communications
~ Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar highly valuated
~ Good knowledge of social media dynamics, with a clear interest for this space and a genuine passion for key emerging trends
~ Ability to analyze and interpret performance data, translating insights into actionable recommendations to optimize brand performance.
~ Strong project management and organizational skills, proving experience of working and delivering multiple projects.
~ Fluent in Spanish & English
