Detailed Job Description:

As a Customer Technical Project Manager – E2E & Fixed IMS at MLR Associates Ltd (Remote EU), you will take full ownership of project technical delivery across multiple functional domains, managing Analysis & Design, Integration, and Verification & Validation (V&V;) engineering teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities encompass overseeing solution architecture, reviewing technical designs, verifying end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS), monitoring project KPIs, and driving risk mitigation plans. You will collaborate proactively with internal engineering squads, telecom operators, and external stakeholders to support solution integration, testing, customer acceptance, and operational readiness. Working in a fast-paced telecommunications consulting environment, you will act as the primary technical advisor for customer network evolution, transformation initiatives, and service expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:





- Lead and direct the project’s technical delivery activities across multiple functional and technical domains.
- Manage and coordinate Analysis & Design, Integration, and Verification & Validation (V&V;) engineering teams.
- Ensure successful end-to-end delivery of Fixed IMS solutions in strict accordance with customer and contractual requirements.
- Oversee solution architecture, technical design reviews, and implementation strategies for carrier-grade networks.
- Verify and ensure end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS), system performance, and platform stability.
- Monitor project KPIs and ensure compliance with contractual service and performance objectives.
- Coordinate technical activities across internal engineering teams, customers, and third-party vendor stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and technical challenges, and drive proactive mitigation plans.
- Support solution integration, testing, customer acceptance, and operational readiness activities.
- Act as the primary technical advisor for customer network evolution and transformation initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for project expansion, enhancements, and additional service offerings.
- Facilitate technical governance, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, delivery processes, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical discipline.




- Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in telecom solution delivery, IMS projects, or technical project leadership roles.
- Strong technical proficiency and operational mastery of IMS Networks, Fixed Voice, and IMS Solutions.
- Extensive practical experience in End-to-End Solution Architecture, integration, and validation processes.
- Proven expertise in Telecom Network Design and Transformation initiatives.
- Strong multidisciplinary technical team leadership and project management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of VoIP, SIP, VoLTE, IMS Core Networks, and Fixed Network Services.
