Hyatt is seeking an Operational Performance Lead to drive performance across Essentials & Full-Service Managed hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will prepare leaders, identify opportunities, and implement initiatives to boost efficiency, guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires cross-department collaboration and strong data-driven decision making. The position is based in Spain (with eligibility to work in the EU).
