Green Eagle Solutions is a leader in automating renewable energy operations, empowering energy producers to optimize their assets and trading strategies with innovative SaaS solutions. Our flagship platform, ARSOS, integrates advanced automation to enhance operational efficiency and trading performance, ensuring renewable energy producers can maximize revenue in dynamic energy markets. Join us in driving the energy transition and shaping the future of energy trading through cutting‐edge automation. Joining Green Eagle means growing alongside the company and becoming part of the transformative mindset that defines us.
Green Eagle builds mission-critical energy optimisation systems. Our platform processes real‐time telemetry from renewable assets and integrates with control centres and grid operators through industrial protocols. When it degrades, energy production is affected directly. We are scaling the engineering organisation, and our architecture and technical standards need to evolve with it. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the most ambiguous,

cross‐cutting technical problems in the company: scalability, reliability, architectural simplification and the quality of technical decision‐making across teams. You will help create it.
This is a senior IC role. You will set technical direction, mentor senior engineers and Tech Leads, and create leverage across multiple teams. Your first months will go into understanding the products, the architecture and how the organisation actually works before proposing changes to any of it. NET services and Angular applications
AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and GitHub Enterprise
GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions
PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Redis and Kafka
OpenTelemetry-aligned observability and Datadog
You do not need to be an expert in all of it from day one.
Define and guide the evolution of our product and platform architecture, including modularity, service boundaries, data flows, integrations and production readiness. C
