We re looking for a hands-on Senior performance marketer who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth.
Your responsibilities:
Own and scale one or more paid acquisition channelsLaunch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnelsMonitor performance daily and make data-driven decisionsTurn insights into clear creative direction and landing page improvementsBuild repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficientlyExplore and validate new channels as we growWhat we are looking for:4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisitionProven experience managing large paid media budgetsStrong analytical skills and hands-on optimization mindsetAbility to connect creative, data, and growth strategyExperience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok,etc.)Experience managing €500K to €1M+ per monthSubscription or LTV-driven growth experienceProgrammatic or DSP exposureMobile app UA backgroundThis is a fully remote position which can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region.
