We are seeking a Business Affairs Manager to oversee contracts,



rights management, compliance, and commercial risk across OP Spain. This role ensures that all projects are delivered with the appropriate legal, financial, and contractual frameworks in place, protecting both the business and our clients.
Working closely with producers, creative teams, finance, and senior leadership, you will negotiate terms, draft and review contracts, manage usage rights, and ensure legal and commercial compliance.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen who is comfortable managing complex agreements in a fast-paced, dynamic creative environment.
