Sales & Marketing Executive –
Andalusia
This position will be home-based in Andalusia, preferably in Seville or Málaga.

The role is focused on field-based sales activity, being out in the market, actively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive revenue growth for our commercial division.

In This Role, You Will
- Be an active part of the sales team to achieve revenue growth.
- Focus on field sales, with a strong emphasis on being out in the market,



generating leads and opportunities through direct client engagement.
- Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person sales visits per week across Andalusia, surrounding areas, and other assigned territories, with weekly reporting of results, follow-ups, and identified opportunities.
- Occasionally carry out sales blitzes outside Andalusia as part of specific commercial actions. Mileage or travel costs will be reimbursed against the corresponding travel expense report.
- Provide daily support to the Deputy General Manager for sales and administrative duties in Spain & Portugal.
- Take initiative in business development, implementing marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and profitability with autonomy and clear criteria.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the tourism industry by conducting regular on-site visits, sales blitz events, and virtual meetings.
