As our
Service Product Manager
in Nutrition Plant Engineering (
NPE Division
), you will lead the
end-to-end product lifecycle
, driving the success of
digital service products
with general impact. You will own the product vision, define scalable strategies, and build high-performing digital service products. You will work closely with development teams and senior leadership as part of a key digitalization strategy of GEA.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new digital service products; managing technical and commercial aspects of product development
- Own digital service products, defining product roadmap, business scaling model, standardization and roll-out strategies to drive recurring revenue.
- Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with internal stage-gate processes.
- Identify innovation opportunities,



drive product continuous development, and bring new products to market successfully.
- Craft and implement go-to-market strategies, that bring our products to the market in a repeatable, scalable, and profitable way.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D.;
- Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives.
- Support building a digital platform that scales NPE digital service offering.
- Drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities in digital service products.

Your Profile / Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, digital products, service business transformation, or similar roles
- Solid analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making
