Overview The Finance Business Partner supports the business by preparing and analyzing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. The role works closely with different teams to track performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate financial data, supporting cost control, and helping improve financial processes and business performance.
Business Partnering. Support the business with financial insights and act as a trusted sparring partner in operational and day-to-day decision-making.
Financial Analysis & Insights. Prepare and analyze financial data to track performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support decisions.
Budget & Forecasting. Support and drive the budget and forecast processes in close collaboration with Sales, accounting and business stakeholders, ensuring adherence to guidelines and timelines.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly performance reviews, sales reporting, and variance analysis.
Performance Management. Monitor business performance,



support productivity improvements, and help standardize financial processes across the organization.
Investment & Cost Control. Support investment planning, cost control initiatives, and follow-up on financial targets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial understanding and alignment with business objectives.
Support and coach the organization to increase financial understanding in business decisions.
Strong business and financial understanding with solid analytical skills
You must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or a Nordic language would be an asset
