About Revive

Revive develops and operates technology-enabled powerbank rental services across Spain and other European markets. We work with hospitality venues, hotels, airports, events and other high-footfall locations. Our business combines commercial partnerships, physical operations, customer service, payment flows and technology.

As we expand across several regions and projects, we are looking for a highly reliable, commercially aware and exceptionally organised professional to strengthen our financial administration, operations and executive follow-through.

The role

This is a high-trust ownership role, not a conventional diary-management or administrative position. You will work directly with the founder and ensure that payments, documents, deadlines, customer commitments and follow-ups remain visible and under control.





You will manage the administrative and financial backbone of the business while supporting operations, customer and supplier coordination, CRM discipline and process improvement. The right candidate is financially accurate, operationally practical, commercially aware and comfortable using technology to improve how the company works.

Working arrangement
- Predominantly remote, with the ability to attend meetings in or around Estepona when required.
- Approximately 20-25 hours per week initially, with the possibility of expanding to 40 hours depending on capability, availability and scope.
- Normally two or three focused online or in-person meetings per week, typically lasting one to two hours. Contact will be more intensive during onboarding.
- Adaptable organisation of working hours, combined with dependable availability during agreed weekday windows.
