We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a passion for gastronomy, a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to grow professionally within an international environment of culinary excellence.
As a Chef de Partie , you will support the the kitchen team in the preparation and execution of dishes, ensuring that every service meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency expected from a luxury dining experience.
Supporting the Chef de Partie in organizing and executing service within your assigned section.




Maintaining the highest standards of quality, flavor, and presentation in every preparation.
Assisting with the receiving, storage, and control of ingredients and products.
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in restaurants, 4★/5★ hotels, or demanding gastronomic environments.
Culinary or gastronomy training.
Strong organizational skills, discipline, and commitment to quality.
Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Valid work permit for Spain.
