7 Product managers, 6 Designers and 1 Data Analyst.
You'll be part of this team while working closely with the Tech team (45+ passionate people).
Represent local market needs for Spain to drive functional parity against established local competitors and to ensure compliance with local regulations.
~ Analyze local regulations, define functional gaps, and conduct market benchmarking. Be close to the local customer success (onboarding and run teams) to understand local pains for deployed customers

Identify country-specific legal requirements and upcoming deadlines.
Advocate for the local roadmap with domain product managers to secure development capacity (see operating model below).
Train the sales/marketing teams on market specificities, regulations and competitors landscape.
Identify high-potential partnerships (softwares, federations, consulting firms, etc.)
Brief the marketing team on key features/market roadmap, local messaging, use cases and references.
