Dot‑line reporting to: Senior HR Manager, EMEA
Corporate HR Program Execution
Implement corporate HR programs, policies, and processes consistently across the region.
Partner closely with Chandler‑based HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Talent Development.
Ensure alignment with corporate HR standards, governance requirements, and annual HR processes.
Drive consistent use of integral HR processes, approval workflows, documentation standards, and governance requirements across the EMEA region.
Support readiness and adoption for regional payroll, absence, timekeeping, and HR transformation initiatives.
Identify data, process, and compliance gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

Partner with business leaders to ensure organizational structures, workforce plans, and talent strategies support revenue growth objectives.
Identify workforce risks, capability gaps,



and talent needs that may impact commercial performance.
Provide strategic workforce insights and recommendations that improve business results.

Support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives that enable successful project delivery and customer support.
Anticipate and address workforce challenges that could impact operational performance.

Talent Acquisition, Retention, and Workforce Planning
Lead efforts to attract, hire, onboard, and retain top talent in partnership with Corporate Talent Acquisition.
Promote a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, growth, and engagement.

Employee Safety, Compliance, and Employee Relations
Partner with local EHS leadership and management to advance employee safety and foster a strong safety culture aligned with company safety goals and priorities.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
