In this role,



your primary focus is on sales training and content design. This includes producing sales programs, maintaining and improving those programs, and implementing the programs with live trainings, videos and modules. You will also assist senior sales management in the development and execution of a sales onboarding program.
You will be called on to conduct live presentations, organise Sales events (Sales Kick-Off, account planning days, etc.), As the Sales Enablement specialist, you must have extraordinary communication skills and the ability to design training programs from scratch. You are an authoritative personality with sales training experience or confirmed potential. This role is part of the EGA Field Operation team, responsible for sales enablement, sales processes & tools, variable incentive plans and territory management. This is a full-time position located either in London or Madrid Expedia Offices.
