Lead sophisticated customer journey and marketing technology implementations for enterprise B2C and B2B clients. You’ll combine technical consulting, marketing automation, personalization, and customer experience expertise to turn business goals into scalable solutions. The role has a strong focus on Adobe Customer Journey technologies, including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Campaign, and Target. You’ll work closely with strategy, data, design, Product, Engineering, sales, and engagement teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes. Your expertise will help clients improve personalization, experimentation, conversion, and lifecycle marketing performance. You’ll also contribute to reusable delivery frameworks, mentor colleagues, and provide technical leadership across complex engagements. This is a full-time remote consulting opportunity supporting enterprise clients across North America,



with collaboration aligned to Central Time. Accountabilities - Lead and implement marketing automation and customer journey solutions for B2C and B2B clients using platforms such as Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and broader Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. - Apply marketing personalization, segmentation, experimentation, and optimization strategies to improve customer engagement, conversion, and marketing performance. - Translate customer business objectives and requirements into scalable technical architectures, data structures, workflows, and measurable KPIs. - Collaborate with strategy, design, data, engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment from business requirements through technical implementation.
