Crew wanted for Oyster 53 (2007), departing Gibraltar 5th October for Southampton. Seeking 2 to 3 experienced crew, minimum RYA Day Skipper or equivalent, with at least 1,000 miles offshore/coastal experience including night passages. Crew should be confident helming, reefing, sail handling and tacking a large yacht, and capable of managing the yacht independently on watch if required. This is a serious autumn delivery passage of approximately 1,000+ miles, likely to include headwinds, Atlantic swell, night sailing and potentially demanding conditions through Biscay and the Channel. Good seamanship, reliability, teamwork and a safety conscious attitude are essential. Venture is a well equipped Oyster 53 prepared for offshore passage making. Watch system and passage plan will be agreed before departure.
