Monitor enterprise applications, infrastructure, and business-critical services in real time.
Configure and optimize metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, alerts, and reporting capabilities. Support end-to-end observability initiatives using modern APM and monitoring platforms. Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and reliability issues. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend long-term improvements. Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to improve platform reliability. Drive proactive monitoring strategies leveraging predictive analytics, automation, and AIOps practices.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline; alternatively, Higher Vocational Training (FP) in a relevant technical field. Hands-on experience with one or more observability platforms such as Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, Centreon, New Relic, Elastic Observability, or Prometheus. Strong understanding of observability fundamentals including metrics, logs, and distributed tracing. Experience with APM technologies and tracing frameworks such as OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, or Zipkin.
