Portfolio & Project Management
- Lead and guide overall execution of multiple IT Projects, ensuring alignment with Sulzer's strategic priorities.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery, budget adherence and manage interdependencies between projects.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.

Governance & Methodology
- Apply and promote consistent project management methodologies, tools, and reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder Management




- Build strong relationships with business leaders and IT stakeholders to ensure project objectives meet business needs, leading the IT project Steering Committees.
- Act as a key point of contact for project-related communication and issue resolution.
- Proactively engage in business partnering, acting as a trusted advisor to business divisions and supporting the identification, prioritization, and management of IT demands to maximize value delivery.

Demand Management
- Lead the demand management process by capturing, evaluating, and prioritizing business requirements, ensuring alignment with Sulzer's strategic objectives and resource availability.
- Facilitate transparent decision-making on project selection and resource allocation.

Vendor & Financial Management
- Support vendor selection, contract management, and performance tracking for project-related services.
- Assist in project budget
