Job DescriptionAs a Signavio Application Support & Governance Consultant, you will manage the day-to-day operations, governance, and support of the SAP Signavio platform (Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight/Process Intelligence). You will be the main point of contact for access, incidents, and changes, while supporting and mentoring junior team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Signavio users, roles, and permissionsHandle incidents and service requests related to SignavioMaintain documentation, runbooks, and SOPsCoordinate changes and improvements on the platformCollaborate with SAP (TAM) and internal IT/business stakeholdersWork within agile, waterfall, or ticket-based delivery modelsProfile4+ years in IT, including 2+ years in BPM, process mining, or SaaS platform operationsHands-on experience with SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Governance, Process Insight/Intelligence)SAP Signavio certificationGood communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teamsNice to HaveITSM / ITIL experienceAzure AD & SAMLCelonis, ServiceNow, Snowflake,
