You'll work closely with Product, Software Engineering, Operations, Procurement,



and external manufacturers to build reliable hardware products that perform flawlessly in demanding live-event environments.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical ownership, practical engineering skills, and the ability to make sound design decisions balancing reliability, cost, manufacturability, and scalability.
Lead the design and development of hardware products from concept through production and post-launch support.
Design electronic solutions using microcontrollers and Single Board Computers (Raspberry Pi, Khadas, or similar).
Build prototypes, validate solutions, and prepare products for mass production.
Design reliable products for production
Design and review electronic architectures, schematics, PCB layouts, and component selection.
Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), component sourcing, second-source strategies, and obsolescence planning.
Define manufacturing requirements and support industrialization processes.
