Strategic Finance Business Partnering Act as a core member of the Country Leadership Team, contributing to business strategy and decision-making Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Marketing, HR and Commercial Strategy Provide actionable financial insights to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and ROI optimization Support and challenge commercial teams on pricing, promotions, trade investment, and customer strategy Lead financial input into strategic and transformation projects




Commercial Finance & GTN Management Own and oversee Gross-to-Net (GTN) analysis, including trade spend, discounts, and promotional investments Contribute to the development and review of customer and channel P&Ls; Ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance of GTN reporting Deliver post-event analysis on commercial initiatives and promotions
Financial Planning, Forecasting & Controlling Own the full P&L; for the Iberia entity, including Revenue, COGS, Brand support and OPEX Lead budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning processes Deliver timely and accurate monthly closing and management reporting Analyze performance vs. plan/prior year and drive corrective actions Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPIs Provide in-depth variance analysis and performance commentary Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and reporting processes
