Coordinate and support the deployment and execution of technical projects supporting MSF’s digital learning initiatives. This role manages aspects of technical projects and tracks milestones against set timelines, coordinates with stakeholders, managing, documenting and validating deliverables, and troubleshooting issues.
The Tembo Technical Project Coordinator manages multiple technical projects. The role combines project coordination, technical oversight, and stakeholder engagement, translating functional and user needs into practical technical solutions.Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the position supports Tembo’s strategic objectives through effective planning, communication, and a human-centred, solution-oriented approach.
Project planning, coordination and management:
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
Support definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for the Deputy Head of Tembo and the Tembo Management Team.




Ensure timely delivery of agreed outputs in line with quality standards.
Responsible for the analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of projects.
Support projects such as deployments in low to no connectivity areas, system integration/connection activities, analysis and assessments on new technical solutions.
Coordinate or contribute to activities such as data mapping, solution architecture analysis and design, pilots and proof-of-concepts, needs assessments, standardization of solutions against interoperability and mutualization criteria.
Monitor adherence to technical standards, MSF’s operational policies with a particular focus on security and data protection requirements.
Troubleshoot and elevate issues throughout the project lifecycle.
