Description -The Inside Account Executive (iAE) is responsible for owning the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts. This role involves developing relationships with acquisition opportunities, managing account strategies, and ensuring efficient business processes. The Inside Account Executive will work closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the end-to-end account strategy.
Expand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.
Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.
Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.
Identify & Connect customer strategy,



key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiativesEngage with executives and build strong customer relationships.
Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.
Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.
Education & Experience recommended: Bachelor's degree is required.
Native Spanish language fluency.
High English language fluency.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role. A background in Information Technology or a related technical field, gained through both education and professional experience, will be highly valued.
Strong understanding of sales processes and strategiesExperience working with medium business accounts is preferred.
Knowledge & SkillsStrategic account leadership and the ability to act as the "account lead."Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
