Zynga is seeking a Lead Game Designer for a brand-new Merge 2 title in Barcelona. You will own the creative vision, architect the core loop, progression, and meta-game from scratch, then transition to soft launch and live ops to balance economy and monetization. You will lead a design team, collaborate with product, engineering and art, and ensure design excellence across the studio. Hybrid work, strong growth potential, and competitive benefits await.
