As the Senior Product Manager for Italy Market Expansion at Clio, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution of solutions that help Clio successfully expand into the Italian market. You will own the end to end product portfolio and customer experience for Italy, balancing global scale with local nuance. Our market opportunity is rare in its scale and powered by a strong business model, first-rate investors and advisors, and a global product management team (if we do say so ourselves). Speaking of Product at Clio, we have worked hard to develop an excellent product management culture with empowered PMs who carry real influence across the organization. As a Senior Product Manager, and in conjunction with your Development and Design counterparts (your triad),
you will drive successful outputs and outcomes across Clio's portfolio in Italy.
You own Clio's product portfolio and customer experience in Italy end to end, from first touch through onboarding, daily practice management, billing, and support. You are accountable for the quality of Clio's customer experience in Italy as a whole, rather than for a single feature area. Working from the overarching strategy set by your Senior Director, Product Management, you will develop a roadmap in conjunction with your peers that moves our business forward, and evangelize it throughout the company.
