JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an Account Supervisor to join a Integral team. The ideal candidate will have 5–6+ years of experience and be capable of building trusted day-to-day relationships with both global and local clients, while managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time. The role requires strong collaboration across MRM's internal departments as well as with client stakeholders.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, resilience, and strong organizational skills to ensure effective collaboration across all parties involved.
This is a global role, with responsibility for coordinating and supporting agencies across 17 markets alongside the Account Director, ensuring consistency between global strategy and campaign execution at the local level.
At a local level, the Account Supervisor will lead the Spain, Argentina, and France hub, working closely with both the client and the agency team to ensure the smooth running of the account, the timely launch of campaigns, and the successful delivery of creative assets,



including communication materials, newsletters, and monthly social media content.
The team consists of a Business Lead, an Account Director, and an Account Executive, with the Account Executive reporting directly to this position.
