What you'll do
- Support talent and customer journeys:



Respond to questions, provide updates, and help guide talents through immigration and relocation processes across chat, email, calls, and internal tools.
- Support casework across markets: Assist with immigration and relocation cases, including document preparation, submissions, appointment coordination, case updates, and basic or entry-level case types in Germany and other countries as needed.
- Coordinate with partners and service providers: Work with external partners, relocation providers, authorities, and internal stakeholders to gather information, coordinate services, follow up on open items, and help keep cases moving toward resolution.
- Take ownership of operational workflows: Manage assigned tasks from initiation through completion, identify blockers or risks, and proactively follow up to prevent delays, missed handoffs, or escalations.
