Job Summary:

The OEM server group is seeking a talented Sr. Product Engineer to be part of a growing team that manages some of the highest visibility accounts at Supermicro. The idóneo PE candidate should have either relevant industry experience or are familiar with the server hardware industry, can hit the ground running from day 1, and most importantly be a team player.



This individual should also be able to perform their day-to-day duties with minimal supervision and help support internal teams with product or process issues.

This position will be based in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.

Sr. Level Requirements:

• Strong AI infrastructure, GPU server, and rack integration experience.

• Solid understanding of rack-scale architecture and GPU-to-rack system integration.

• Experience leading NPI, system qualification, debug, and production ramp.

• Strong cross-functional leadership and customer-facing technical communication skills.

• Ability to independently drive complex system-level issues from bring-up through production.

Responsibilities:
