Product Designer, LHH CTM
We are looking for a curious, customer-obsessed Product Designer to help shape and validate innovative products, services, and experiences for students, graduates, and early-career professionals. This is not a traditional design role. We are seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity, uncovers unmet customer needs, and transforms insights into compelling product opportunities that create meaningful value for both customers and the business.
This role is part of LHH's central Product Design team. The initial focus is on innovation projects for students, graduates and early-career professionals, with work across our design system, research and other product initiatives over time.
As a Product Designer, you will take new product concepts from discovery through prototype, pilot and validation, working closely with the product lead and with engineering, marketing and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life. You will combine strong design craft with an experimental mindset, using research,
prototyping and data to test assumptions and show what works, what doesn't, and why. Comfortable synthesizing complex inputs into practical design solutions, you will keep the design work connected across workstreams so concepts move smoothly from idea to execution.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, skilled in user research, journey mapping, prototyping, and experience design, with a passion for testing assumptions and learning quickly. You leverage AI and emerging technologies to accelerate research, concept development, and experimentation, and you are energized by the opportunity to create innovative solutions that help the next generation navigate their education, career, and professional growth journeys.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports directly to the Global UX Design Lead, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Global Head of Innovation Lab.
