10+ years of senior residential real estate sales experience in SpainProven track record in new-build and off-plan sales and strategiesDeep experience managing broker networks and agency relationshipsStrong command of pipeline, pricing, and sales executionStrong business and financial acumenSpanish mother tongue | Very high level of business EnglishBased in Barcelona or Valencia area
