In this role you will lead Wallbox's general treasury function, defining funding and liquidity strategies and managing banking relationships to support growth and financial stability. You will oversee treasury operations across the group, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient cash management. You will drive treasury technology adoption and lead a high-performing team, partnering with finance and leadership to enable strategic financial planning. Develop cash forecasting, budgeting, investment, and treasury operation procedures
Lead cash management strategies across the organization
Build and manage relationships with financial institutions and banking partners
Oversee bank accounts, credit lines,



and trade finance operations
Drive review and settlement of treasury-related financial instruments
Ensure compliance with corporate treasury regulations and internal policies
Lead treasury technology implementation and process optimization
Collaborate with internal departments on treasury initiatives and strategic planning
Manage recruitment, retention, and development of treasury staff
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2+ years of managerial experience in treasury or financial management
Strong knowledge of financial management and investment strategies
Solid understanding of accounting principles, IFRS
Experience in strategic financial business partnering
Experience with treasury systems and financial tools
Experience with Kyriba Treasury Software and NetSuite is a strong plus
Experience managing data quality and traceability for regulatory reporting
