As a Product Owner - Product Control Model , these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:




Own and evolve the Product Control Model vision, roadmap and backlog, establishing a consistent framework for operational monitoring, governance and continuous improvement across payment products.
Partner with Domain Leads to understand operational risks across payment flows and translate monitoring and control requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
Prioritise the Product Control Model backlog, balancing business priorities, regulatory needs and platform evolution.
Coordinate the delivery of monitoring capabilities with the Payments Intelligence team, including metrics, detection logic, dashboards, watchers, alerts and operational analytics.
Drive consistent adoption of the Product Control Model across payment products and promote standardised operational controls.
Collaborate with IT Operations to validate monitoring capabilities, alerts and operational processes before production rollo
