In this role you will drive new business in the Korean market for a leading international B2B SaaS company. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, present compelling software solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. The position supports the company’s international expansion with a strong focus on new-logo acquisition and scalable growth. hybrid working model: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote

~ Conduct discovery calls, commercial presentations and software demonstrations
~ Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through proposal, negotiation and closing
~ Manage RFPs, RFIs,



RFQs and tenders when required
~ Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Project Management, R&D; and other internal teams
~ Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management and forecasting
~ Work towards clearly defined sales KPIs and revenue targets
~ Native/C1 level Korean
~ Full professional proficiency in English
~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education
~2–8 years of professional sales experience, ideally within B2B
~ Experience managing or contributing to a full sales cycle
~ Previous SaaS or software sales experience is highly valued
~ CRM and pipeline management
~ Discovery and needs analysis
