In this global leadership role, you will own the services, processes and infrastructure that support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle.
You will make sure the fundamentals - employee support, Employee Relations, HRIS, data, policies, documentation and benefits - work brilliantly, while building a more scalable, technology-enabled operating model.
Working across People Partnering, Talent, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and People Technology, you will simplify how work gets done and decide what belongs in self-service, automation or AI, and where human judgement and specialist expertise add the greatest value.
