In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and strategic roles in design, product, trend, technical development, and creative teams for luxury fashion brands. You will partner with Creative Directors, Design Leads, and Product Managers to understand team needs and talent gaps, building a proactive pipeline of top designers and product innovators. You will assess portfolios and conduct competency-based interviews, shaping the candidate experience and brand messaging. You will provide market insights and drive recruitment best practices to support workforce planning and employer branding.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior/strategic roles in design, product, trend, technical development, and creative teams
Partner with Creative Directors, Design Leads, and Product Managers to identify needs and pipelines
Develop tailored sourcing strategies to attract designers and product innovators
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via proactive sourcing, networking, and events
Evaluate portfolios and work samples for alignment with brand aesthetic and market positioning




Conduct competency-based interviews and assess technical and cultural fit
Manage candidate experience with professional, brand-aligned communication
Provide market insights on compensation, talent availability, and benchmarks
Drive process improvements and recruitments best practices across touchpoints
Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and employer branding initiatives
5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on fashion or creative industries
Proven experience hiring Design, Product, Creative, and Technical talent within fashion brands
Strong understanding of end-to-end product creation process and fashion market cycles
Ability to review and assess creative portfolios with a trained eye
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously
Fluency in English; other lang
