We are looking for a reliable, autonomous IAM Business Analyst to join our established Identity & Access Management team. In this support role, you will assist the IAM leads and project managers in running the Application Onboarding Factory, tracking sprint tasks, gathering functional requirements, and producing clean, business-facing documentation and communications within our Saviynt IGA environment.
Application Onboarding Factory Support
Track onboarding milestones,



maintain status updates across multiple applications, and follow up diligently on pending technical or business inputs.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination: document test scenarios, follow up on defects, and assist business users during validation phases.
Assist the team leads in organizing and maintaining the Jira backlog (writing clear user stories, setting acceptance criteria, and updating ticket statuses).
Draft and distribute clear, timely meeting minutes (MoMs), ensuring agreed decisions are immediately captured into actionable Jira tasks with identified owners.
Business Documentation & Visual Design
Write clear, accessible, and professional end-user guides, FAQs, and step-by-step instructions for business audiences.
Draft clear business-facing communication templates (rollout notices, access review instructions, onboarding notifications).
