BU Transformers is looking for a motivated HSE Assessment Program Lead. In this role, you will be leading the HSE Assessment Program that will help on BU compliance with BUTR HSE Instructions and BU operational audits performed by Quality, Engineering, R&D; and bring the right guidance, with trained and competent HSE professionals. Finally, you will monitor the BUTR performance regarding the 3LoD Model, follow up, monitor effective corrective actions implementation and close out. You will provide expert guidance on internal HSE Assessment as well. This position requires solid background on setting up and rolling out internal HSE Assessment Programs, based on ISO Norms, excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
