We are an events and trade show production house offering services to exhibitors and agencies at trade shows, so you will be targeting international companies exhibiting at trade shows worldwide.
At We Do Exhibitions, we're looking for someone hungry for results to take the lead on our client portfolio — from the first call all the way to "deal closed." You'll be the one connecting with new clients, closing deals for exhibition stands...and be ready to do it again and again.

What you'll be doing
- Spotting opportunities and growing our project portfolio.
- Following up on leads and turning them into clients.
- Being front and center at trade fairs and business meetings,



representing We Do Exhibitions with energy and style.

The role
Full-time, hybrid. Ideally based in Barcelona, though if you're in another European city with easy airport access, that works too. Expect occasional travel to trade fairs (2-3 day trips) during the event season — pack your bag every now and then.

What we're looking for:
- A natural salesperson: solid sales experience, comfortable managing opportunities and owning the full sales cycle.
- Attitude: self-driven, organized, results-oriented, and adaptable enough to thrive in a fast-moving industry like events and exhibitions.
- Skills and mindset: you're handy with CRM tools, coordinate sales activities, and know how to keep a team motivated toward its goals.
- People skills: clear, persuasive communicator who genuinely enjoys client relationships and handles questions or issues without breaking a sweat.
