This is a hands-on role supporting the smooth daily operation of the branch warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching stock accurately, while helping to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace.Duties and responsibilities:* Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse.* Provide friendly customer service via phone and email, assisting with product, pricing, order, stock and delivery enquiries.* Receive, check, store, and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently.* Process customer orders, including confirming order documentation,



picking and packing.* Complete general warehouse duties as required to maintain an organized and safe work area.* Safely operate forklifts to load and unload deliveries as required.* Undertake manual handling tasks in accordance with workplace health and safety procedures. Who are you?* Previous warehouse and/or customer service experience.* Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook.* Reliable transport to and from the workplace.* A current forklift license is highly regarded.* Willingness to participate in ongoing training and learn new skills.* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.* Sound mechanical aptitude and an interest in industrial products are highly regarded.* Strong commitment to safety, quality and following workplace health and safety procedures.
