We are looking for a proactive and passionate Sales Account Manager to join Supermicro®, a leading integral provider of advanced server, storage, and networking solutions. You will manage customer accounts, drive sales through active prospecting, and develop strategic relationships with system integrators, VARs, and OEMs, ensuring exceptional customer service and successful order fulfillment. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills,



strong problem-solving abilities, and preferably experience in server sales.
Develop/supervise customer service relationships with assigned accounts and prospects
Monitor inventory, negotiate prices, enter and monitor orders from start to delivery. Facilitate credit issues and after-sales services
Qualify opportunities and follow up; create target lists for vertical markets
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferably in high tech industry.
Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience selling server and storage to enterprise and fortune-1000 companies preferred.
Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers.
Demonstrated ability in the following areas: pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management.
Experience entering, tracking and reporting data on lead activity.
