The role frames hypotheses, designs experiments, interprets data, and guides cross-functional teams to make decisive, data-driven choices.
This position fosters scientific excellence, collaboration, and external visibility through publications and conferences while ensuring robust documentation, IP awareness, and compliance with EHS and ethical standards. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Define scientific strategy and deliverables for assigned project(s);
maintain clear objectives and go/no-go criteria. - Design and oversee experimental plans;
interpret results and steer decision making. - Lead cross-functional teams (e.G., biology, chemistry, DMPK, tox, CMC) and manage external collaborations.



- Present findings to governance;
maintain rigorous documentation and data integrity. - Contribute to publications, patents, and scientific engagement with KOLs and partners. - Manage budgets/timelines;
identify risks and implement mitigations. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - PhD in a relevant scientific discipline with strong postdoctoral/industry experience. - 6–8+ years in drug discovery/development with demonstrated project leadership. - Track record of impactful scientific contributions and cross-functional collaboration. - Strong communication, data interpretation, and strategic thinking skills. PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Experience progressing assets through IND-enabling and early clinical stages. - Publications and conference presence in relevant therapeutic area. - Experience managing CROs/academic collaborations.
