We are looking for our next Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing marketing initiatives aimed at our supplier community, supporting them throughout their journey with CTAIMA through a Product-Led Growth (PLG) approach.
Design and execute marketing campaigns targeted at suppliers through different communication channels.
Create content and materials that help our suppliers discover, understand, and make better use of our services.
Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities based on data and metrics.
Propose new ideas, formats, and actions to continuously improve conversion, engagement, and user experience.




You know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus and clear priorities.
You combine creativity with analytical skills. You have at least 3 years of previous experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or similar roles.
You have experience designing and executing one-to-many marketing initiatives at scale, ideally for SMB audiences, large user bases, or self-serve products.
You are comfortable working with digital tools, automation platforms, and data analysis solutions.
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Userpilot, ON24, Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms is a plus.
You have strong copywriting skills and know how to adapt messaging to different audiences, user segments, and stages of the supplier journey to drive engagement, adoption, and conversion.
You are fully fluent in Spanish and English and can work effectively in an international environment.
