Job description NACHI Robotics Europe is expanding in Spain and Portugal. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Sales & Business Development Manager to develop both markets and establish NACHI’s robotics business across Iberia.
The selected candidate will build the Iberian market and grow into the General Manager position for Iberia as the organization develops.
Develop new business opportunities and expand NACHI’s robotics presence across Spain and Portugal
Build and manage relationships with system integrators, OEMs and key industrial customers
Drive robot sales and identify strategic market opportunities in both countries
Represent NACHI Robotics within the Spanish and Portuguese automation ecosystems
Support the long-term development of the Iberia organization
Proven B2B sales experience in industrial robotics,



automation or related industrial technology
Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
Fluent English and professional proficiency in both Spanish and Portuguese are required
Home office based within Spain or Portugal, with willingness to travel across both countries
