The Role We're looking for a commercially minded marketer to build the marketing and sales enablement function at Telgea.
This is not a traditional brand marketing role. Your job is to make the entire commercial organization more effective - sharpening how we position Telgea, equipping Sales and Partnerships to win, helping customers understand and adopt our product, and building credibility around a category that is still new to many buyers.
You'll sit close to Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Support and Product and turn customer insight, product capabilities and our company story into clear, compelling communication.
At our stage, success isn't measured by how much content we produce. What You Will Do Make Sales better at selling. Build the decks, messaging, battlecards, case studies,



ROI stories and other tools that help our commercial team explain Telgea clearly and convert opportunities into customers.
Create partner messaging, sales materials, launch kits and co-marketing initiatives that help referral and reseller partners successfully take Telgea to market.
Own commercial content. Keep our website, sales materials and other key customer-facing content sharp, current and consistent as the product and company evolve.
Turn launches into commercial opportunities. Work with Product to translate new markets, features and capabilities into clear customer and partner communication that drives adoption and creates commercial momentum.
