At Free Motion, our customers are the priority, which is why we’re looking for someone who shares our vision and passion for cycling. A team-oriented professional with strong attention to detail, capable of adapting to different situations and working under pressure with a strong work ethic.
Key requirements:
- Passion for cycling (road and mountain)
- Fluent Spanish and English

What will your working hours be?
- Adaptable schedule from Monday to Saturday with two days off per week

What salary do we offer?
- Gross salary range: According to the current Collective Bargaining Agreement
- Additional compensation: Bonuses and incentives based on sales and objectives

What will your duties be?
- Advising customers and selling bikes and related products
- Customer service, providing a friendly, professional, and personalized experience
- Managing rental bookings: organizing, processing, and following up on reservations
- Inventory control and management, ensuring stock availability and order
- Stocking and product replenishment in the store
