About The Ocean Race
For over five decades, The Ocean Race has been the ultimate test of teamwork, endurance, and ocean exploration. Today, it stands as a integral leader in sustainability - using the power of sport to drive awareness and action for ocean health.
At the heart of our headquarters in Alicante, The Ocean Race Museum offers visitors from around the world an immersive journey into the history of the race, maritime technology, and ocean conservation. Through interactive exhibits, educational programs, and our Museum Shop, we inspire thousands of fans each year to connect with the ocean and our mission.
As our Shop Coordinator & Museum Support, you will play an essential role managing daily store operations alongside supporting wider key areas across the Museum. Reporting to the Head of The Ocean Race Museum, you will take full ownership of our Museum Shop—from daily sales, cash balance, and software management to inventory control, stock audits, and special commercial campaigns like sales or Black Friday.
Alongside your primary focus on the store,

you will act as a key support player for the wider museum. You won't be leading the museum operations, but rather stepping in to assist the team with visitors, guided tours, and events whenever extra hands are needed.
